About VicReturn Limited

VicReturn was established in 2023 as a coordinator of Victoria’s Container Deposit Scheme. As a not-for-profit organisation operating on a lean financial model, VicReturn was built quickly to support the management of beverage supplier contracts and the wider commercial arrangements underpinning the scheme.

The challenge

As a newly formed organisation, VicReturn needed to stand up its legal and commercial operations quickly, without the overhead and timeconstraints associated with complex or expensive enterprise systems. The Commercial team required a solution that could support both matter management and contract management in a single, easy-touse platform, while also meeting strict data security requirements and remaining cost-effective for a not-for-profit environment. After a competitive tender process, VicReturn selected Dazychain.
