On termination, Dazychain retains client data for the period requested by the client, typically one month, in line with our data retention policy. After this period:

  • All data is securely deleted from Dazychain and any sub-processor systems.
  • Deletion follows industry-standard procedures to ensure data cannot be recovered.
  • Backups containing client data are also purged according to the retention schedule.
  • The deletion process is verified internally, and customers can receive confirmation that their data has been fully removed.

This ensures full alignment with retention policies, secure destruction, and transparency for clients.
