Typically, Dazychain does not offer pilots or proofs of concept. We focus on delivering a full, guided implementation to get your team up and running quickly.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Yes, the minimum contract term is 12 months.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is based on a per-user model, making it simple to scale as your team grows.

Can we migrate from SharePoint/NetDocuments/other DMS?

Yes. We can migrate data from SharePoint, NetDocuments, and most other document management system

How does email filing / Outlook add-in work in practice?

The Outlook add-in enables you to file emails (and attachments) directly into Dazychain without leaving your inbox. To file an email or attachment in Dazychain, click on the Dazychain add-in, search for or select the matter and send. The email and its attachments are then stored in the correct matter record in Dazychain, keeping correspondence organised and accessible for the whole team.

Do you have an API, webhooks, or SSO (SAML/OAuth)?

We currently support Single Sign-On (SSO), including SAML and OAuth-based providers. API and webhook capabilities are not available at this time.

Which systems do you integrate with today?

Yes. We provide tailored onboarding for business users, ensuring that non-legal requestors can easily submit requests, track progress, and interact with the system efficiently, without needing legal expertise.

What does ‘good’ adoption look like and how do we measure it?

Good adoption is reflected in consistent use of the platform across your legal team, timely matter updates, and reduced reliance on email or spreadsheets for matter management. Adoption can be measured through platform analytics, such as active users, matter creation rates, and task completion metrics.

How do you support change management and internal rollout?

Dazychain provides structured guidance and support throughout the rollout process, including business discovery session, configuration reviews, training sessions, documentation, and best-practice recommendations. We work closely with your team to ensure smooth adoption and alignment with existing workflows.
